In order to ensure high implementation standards we employ methodology based on Accelerated SAP Implementation Program and PMI standard methodology in our work. Our main assumptions include implementing the best business practices, using preconfigured solutions, focusing on objectives and scope of project as well as developing our solutions as Customers develop. Such an approach allows to shorten the implementation time and at the same time reduce cost of implementation and after-implementation maintenance.

Currently, as a SAP partner company, SUPREMIS provides consulting and implementation of SAP Business All in One and SAP Business One (SAP BO, SAP B1) systems. It is a family of most commonly chosen management systems for enterprises in Poland and abroad.

Small and medium enterprises should pay special attention to SAP Business One system, which we have successfully implemented in small enterprises (two workstation installation) as well as in large manufacturing enterprises with many branches. Such a diversity of the software users is possible thanks to the combination of low license fees in comparison to offered features, complete implementation procedures and features developed by us. Depending on Customer needs we offer SAP Business One in STI version, preconfigured for a particular sector and company size, or we carry out implementation in order to adjust SAP Business One to even the most demanding and unique needs. We carry out SAP implementations including SAP Business All in One and SAP Business One in the scope of typical processes supporting sale, purchase (including MRP), customer relationship management (CRM), warehouse handling, manufacturing, finance and accounting, human resources management etc.
